Ra'shari Magic
Each branch of Ra'shari magic is attuned to a particular time of day. When cast during the appropriate time (dawn to noon, noon to nightfall, nightfall to dawn) all Magnitude requirements are lowered by 1, to a minimum of 0. During the following time period, magnitude requirements are as printed. During the previous time of day, magnitude requirements are increased by 1.
New Technique: The Bond of Interest (Ra'shari Dusk Magic, Void, Rank 1)
Activation: As a Scheme and Support action, target a character and another object or character, and choose Create or Destroy Interest. Make a Theology(Void) check, TN equal to the vigilance of the initial target, or 2 for an object or willing target.
Effects: If you succeed, for one round, plus one round per bonus success, the primary target's interest in the secondary target is increased or decreased.
Increased: Any action the primary target takes that does not involve acquiring or otherwise securing the target causes them Strife equal to 1 + 1 per bonus success, after the roll.
Decreased: The primary target's Vigilance with respect to the secondary target is reduced by 1 + 1 per bonus success. If this reduces the primary target's vigilance to 0 or lower, they are incapable of noticing the secondary target. If it is specifically pointed out to them, they see nothing of interest and it fades from memory shortly thereafter.

Activation: As a Scheme or Support action, target a character and another object or character. Make a Theology(Void) check, TN equal to the vigilance of the initial target, or 2 for an object or willing target.
Effects: Scheme Action: You destroy peaceful feelings between the two targets. Any action taken by either subject (if able) that is not aimed directly at attacking, destroying, or harming the other target causes the acting character 1 strife plus 1 strife per bonus success, while those actions remove the same amount of strife, both after the check.
Support Action: You create peaceful feelings between the two targets. As above, but strife is gained for taking hostile action, and strife is removed for taking non-hostile action.
