First Impressions

The Owl seem to have dispensed with the show of strength that certain other clans have engaged in, preferring to send a single, aged courtier, eyes still bright despite hair long gone white. Hantei Naseru dresses surprisingly simply for a man of his station, with hair still in a severe topknot, and many of the trappings of status dispensed with outright.
