New Path: Student of the Imperial Academy Replaces: Any School, Rank 2 Requirements: Any one High skill other than Spellcraft rank 5, Any one Bugei or Merchant skill other than Weapon or Iaijutsu rank 5, invitation to attend the Imperial Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Technique: Better Skilled Than Lucky - The Imperial Academy of Arts and Sciences is a bastion of pure skill, where tricks are discarded in favor of simple end-to-end mastery. Note the two skills used to qualify for this path. While the two skills remain within one rank of each other, you gain one free raise with each, and when one of your emphases apply, you may reroll the roll once. You must keep the second roll.
