You're old blood, all Rokugani, all the way back to the dawn of the empire. It's not your fault you're just better than all those so called "new citizens" at the edges of the empire, let alone the halfbreeds. It's also not your fault they're intensely jealous of your superior lineage and talents, no matter how much they hold it against you. Which they do. Constantly.
When performing a check to interact socially with the New Citizens or those descended from them, such as Command[Fire] to demand the respect you're due, or Courtesy[Earth] to get them to submit to your superior reasoning, you must choose and reroll two dice showing success or explosive success. If this causes you to fail, gain a void point.
