Scout, quite good looking (by conventional standards), suitor for Minku, seems quick to jealousy, a bit loud. Minku's mother seemed to at least approve of Minku scoping him out. He has killed an Oni, making him quite famous and name-ous. People seem to talk about him behind his back as a bit of an asshole, and prone to picking fights.
He insulted Kitsu Kōhī and his family while accusing him of being interested in Nezumi Minku, which eventually prompted a duel between the two in which Kōhī managed to knock him out in a ring where he was somewhat dominant in dueling. (Kitsu Kōhī earned Sworn Enemy from him there.)
He appears to have some preference for the long hammer as a weapon in the dueling arena.
