New Path: Emerald Magistrate Replaces: Any School, Rank 3 or 4 Requirements: Two skills (Courtier, Etiquette, Sincerity, Acting) 5, one skill (Lore:Law, Lore:Underworld, Iaijutsu) 5, one skill (Stealth, Intimidation, Forgery) 5, Investigation 5, you must be an Emerald Magistrate. Technique: Seeing Underneath the Underneath - Once per session, you may make an Investigation/Void roll, TN 20. On a success, you may ask the GM one yes or no question, which he must answer truthfully or perform seppuku. For each raise successfully called, you may ask another such question.
